Where's my order?
Around 9 in 10 orders leave us within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery then takes 4 to 12 days. Every order is tracked and we email the link the moment it ships. You can also check it on the Track my order page.
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than a week, tell us and we'll chase it from our end. A parcel that goes missing is ours to sort out, not yours to chase.
Sending one back
You have 30 days from delivery, and we pay the return postage. Email us before you send anything and we'll come back with the address and what to do. Full details are in the refund policy.
Something's gone wrong with it
Every wrap carries a 2-year warranty. Send a photo and your order number and we'll replace it. You won't be asked to pay postage on a faulty one.
How quickly we reply
Same day where we can, and within one working day the rest of the time. We're in the UK, so if you write late on a Friday you'll most likely hear back on Monday.
