These terms apply to purchases made through sajdastool.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Sajda sells the Sajda Prayer Stool to customers in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@sajdastool.co.uk
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we can't deliver to the address given. If we decline after you've paid, you'll be refunded in full.
Prices and promotions
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to UK addresses. Promotional codes apply only while the promotion runs and on the terms stated at the time; where a code has an end date, that date is shown on the site.
Product information
We describe the stool as accurately as we can, including its dimensions and maximum user weight. Some photography on this site is illustrative and digitally produced; the supplier's own photographs are shown on the homepage and on the product listing and are labelled as such. Shape, colour and finish may vary slightly from illustrations.
Not a medical device
Sajda products are designed for comfort and support during worship. They are not medical devices and do not treat, prevent or cure any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have ongoing joint pain or a health condition, please speak to your GP.
Safe use
The stool should be used on a level, stable surface and within its stated maximum user weight of 200kg. It is designed to be sat on. We're not liable for injury or damage resulting from use outside these conditions, or from continued use of a stool that has become visibly damaged.
Religious content
Where we quote religious sources we name them and link the answers we drew on, so you can verify them. We are not scholars and nothing on this site is a religious ruling. For guidance on your own circumstances, ask your local imam.
Returns and cancellation
See our returns and refunds policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
Liability
We don't exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
