Your order gets paid and sent to the warehouse first. We batch orders through to our fulfilment partner. Priority orders go through at the front of that batch, the same working day wherever possible, instead of waiting their turn.
What this actually does
- Front of our queue — yours is submitted and paid for ahead of standard orders, so it starts being picked sooner.
- Best shot at the fast lane — around 9 in 10 orders are dispatched in 1–3 working days, but at busy times some slip to 4–8. Going in first is what keeps you out of that slower group.
- Tracking chased for you — we watch your order through the warehouse and send tracking as soon as it exists.
- Our promise: if your order isn't dispatched within 3 working days, email us and we refund this fee in full.
Being straight with you
We don't run the warehouse ourselves, so we can't promise a next-day dispatch or a delivery date — anyone charging you for that on a product like this is guessing. What we can control is how fast your order reaches the pickers and how closely we chase it, and that's exactly what this pays for. If that isn't worth £3.95 to you, skip it: standard delivery is free and most orders go out in 1–3 working days anyway.

A low, padded seat on a welded steel alloy frame — made for the sitting portions of salah, or the whole prayer if you need it. Seat height 25cm (about 9.8in), footprint 28 × 12cm, weight 1.2kg, and a maximum user weight of 200kg. The seat is firm padding with a wipe-clean cover, in warm tan or classic black. It arrives in one piece, with no assembly.

Free tracked UK delivery on every order. We dispatch within 1–3 working days and delivery usually takes 4–7 once shipped — most orders arrive within 7–10 working days of ordering, occasionally up to 14. We email the tracking link as soon as it ships. Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused for a full refund of what you paid; you just cover the return postage. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we cover everything: full refund including postage, or a free replacement — your choice.

Place it at your prayer space before you begin, and sit for as much of the prayer as your body needs that day. The curved runners sit flat on carpet without marking it. Wipe the seat with a damp cloth when needed — that's the whole routine. For how and when to sit during salah in your situation, your local imam is the right person to ask.
